Books and Movies for kids? NO

Today, we see more and more on the shelves of stores books of the occult, new age, witch craft and vampirism. And not only are these books geared for adults but sections are also filling up and have filled up for series geared to suite TEENS and KIDS.

Are you a parent that is aware of what your kid is reading into? From comics to novels to magazines to even children’s books that were meant to be about the innocent puppy dog is now something more in the line of Jimmy and bobby holding hands and it’s ok. Because Suzie and Mary do too and they are just showing love for each other.

And these things for kids are growing to be more and more acceptable for your kids and mine ( if you have any ) including the stories that are filling schools as acceptable reading! And in some cases, even required type reading. C’mon now…a novel about witchcraft now read in schools because they are good kids and use WITCHCRAFT to fight EVIL?

FOLKS…witchcraft IS EVIL! You can’t fight evil with witchcraft! In the bible, it’s like an abomination to GOD and the deepest parts of HELL are reserved for those who are into such practices. It’s IN THE BIBLE as EVIL. And today, movies AND books are teaching YOUR kids and whoever elses, that witchcraft is A OK?

No true christian would fall for this…or the movies, or the books and in fact, many of the books promoting this today…are being burned by churches. The Harry Potter series were being burned by churches and yet, acceptable reading material for kids in schools. So, you be the judge! Obviously, they were burning them for a reason.

I’ll cover more on this later! For now, keep your kids out of it and watch what they are reading and ASK what they are studying in school. Don’t just assume please because what they tell you…just might SHOCK you!

In fact…I took my 10 year old ( when he WAS 10 ) and my 5 year old when he WAS 5 to the Harry Potter movie and they BOTH wanted to leave half way through it. This was the film they didn’t want to see.

Here’s the scene they DIDN’T like and when they wanted to LEAVE. Should a movie for Kids scare kids enough they they want to leave the movie?
